AbdelRaouf Mohammad Gharaibeh is the Managing Director and Senior Legal Counsel of the Firm, bringing more than 28 years of legal experience advising businesses, investors, government entities and private clients across Qatar and Jordan. He is recognised for his practical, commercially focused approach and his extensive expertise in intellectual property, real estate, labour and employment law, and dispute resolution. He has significant experience in intellectual property law, advising clients on trademark registration, protection, enforcement, licensing and portfolio management. He regularly assists local and international businesses in safeguarding their intellectual assets and navigating regulatory requirements to protect and strengthen their brands. His real estate practice covers property acquisitions and disposals, leasing arrangements, development projects, real estate investments and property-related disputes. He works closely with developers, landlords, tenants and investors to structure transactions and resolve complex real estate matters efficiently. In labour and employment law, AbdelRaouf advises employers and employees on employment contracts, workplace policies, regulatory compliance, disciplinary matters, workforce restructuring, termination issues, end of service benefits and labour disputes, providing practical solutions that manage risk while maintaining compliance. He represents clients before the Qatari courts and arbitral tribunals in commercial, real estate, tax committee, labour and contractual disputes, and serves as a trusted legal advisor to the Jordanian Embassy in Doha.
