Our Trademarks
Trademarks are valuable assets of Yousif Al-Abdulghani Law Firm ("the Firm") and reflect the reputation and goodwill built by the Firm. We take the protection of our trademarks seriously and act diligently to prevent infringement. Our protected marks include: the name Yousif Al-Abdulghani Law Firm, in English and Arabic; our logo; and the distinctive elements of our brand identity.
Permission Required
We do not permit any use of our trademarks in any manner without our prior written permission. We do not allow any use of a mark that is likely to cause confusion by implying an association with the Firm. Any permitted use must be linked to an existing business relationship and must remain within the scope of the permission granted.
Rules for Permitted Use
Where permission has been granted, you must comply with the requirements notified to you and with the following rules. Do not shorten, abbreviate or create acronyms from our marks. Use the correct format and spelling of the mark, in the language in which it was approved. Do not remove, distort, modify or alter any element of the mark, including through hyphenation, combination or abbreviation. Do not use our marks together with any other trademark or trade name unless we have specifically approved it. Do not use our marks in any way that expresses or implies affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, certification or approval of your product, service or organisation unless we have specifically authorised it. Do not display our marks in a manner that is misleading, unfair, defamatory, infringing, disparaging, obscene or otherwise objectionable to the Firm. Do not adopt marks, names, logos or slogans that are confusingly similar to ours. Do not register or use any trade name, domain name or social media account name that incorporates any of our marks. Do not register or seek to register any of our marks, or any mark confusingly similar to them. Our marks should be used as adjectives followed by the appropriate generic noun, never as a verb or noun on their own.
