Danah Mohamed
Senior Associate
Danah Mohamed is a lawyer with experience in arbitration and litigation across civil and commercial disputes, complemented by advisory work on corporate and regulatory matters. Her practice centres on dispute resolution, spanning international arbitration under ICC and QICCA rules and litigation before the Qatari courts and the Qatar International Court. She has acted as Administrative Secretary to arbitral tribunals, drafted submissions and pleadings in commercial disputes exceeding QAR 300 million, and led hearings that secured favourable rulings, including judgments against government institutions. Her advocacy has been formally commended by the Appellate Division of the Court, and she has twice received its Pro Bono Award. Beyond the courtroom, she advises international and regional clients on Qatari civil and commercial law, QFC frameworks, data protection, employment and corporate structuring. She has contributed to expert reports on delay and disruption claims in construction projects, and regularly handles enforcement of foreign arbitral awards and applications to set aside or annul them.
