Danah Mohamed

Senior Associate

Danah Mohamed is a Senior Associate with extensive experience in international and domestic arbitration and litigation across civil and commercial disputes. She represents and advises clients in complex disputes before arbitral tribunals under ICC, LCIA and QICCA rules, including disputes exceeding QAR 300 million, and has established claims under English law and in cross-border disputes. She has also acted in and leads matters before the Qatar International Court ('QIC') since 2022, including employment settlements and pro bono cases through the court's Legal Clinic. She has received judicial commendations from the President of the QIC for her written and oral advocacy in Aarnout Henri Nicolaes v Qatar Free Zones Authority [2024] QIC (A) 7 and Waqar Zaman v Meinhardt BIM Studios LLC and Meinhardt (Singapore) Pte [2024] QIC (A) 12. Her practice also includes corporate and regulatory advisory work, with particular experience in QFC law, construction and FIDIC contracts, employment, data protection, banking and finance, corporate structuring and commercial agreements, as well as applications for enforcement, setting aside and annulment of foreign arbitral awards.
