    Yousif Al-Abdulghani is a Registered Attorney and Senior Legal Counsel with over ten years of experience in the State of Qatar, advising government entities, multinational companies and private clients. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, construction, employment and dispute resolution. Before founding the Firm, Yousif served as Legal Counsel at the Qatar Free Zones Authority, where he advised senior management on complex legal and strategic matters, negotiated major commercial and construction agreements, and managed litigation before the local courts and the Qatar International Court and Dispute Resolution Centre (QICDRC). He also sat on several internal committees, including the Human Resources Committee, Tender Committee and Asset Transfer Committee. He served as Secretary to the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of Doha Investment Development Company, a QFC-regulated investment company, supporting corporate governance, investment transactions and board operations, and providing legal oversight on company formation and foreign investment matters in Qatar. Earlier in his career, Yousif worked with QatarEnergy LNG, one of the world's largest LNG producers, gaining extensive experience in contracts, procurement and large-scale energy and infrastructure projects. He has also worked with leading local and international law firms.
